  • Event text
    (Example: Happy Birthday)

  • Honoree’s name & age
    (Example: Jayla turns 5)

  • Type of chips/treats
    (Example: Cheetos, Twix, Starbursts)

  • Upload your Child's photo ( adding photo is optional)
