When will I receive my digital file?

Digital files are emailed within 24-48 hours from purchase. 

How long does shipping take?

All orders are custom-made with care. Please allow 10–12 business days for processing and production before your order ships. This timeframe includes design creation, layout preparation, and final approval, followed by priority 2–3 business day shipping.

If you need your order sooner than 14 days, please contact us before placing your order to check availability.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes ✨ We offer free shipping on orders $100+ within the U.S.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, changes and cancellations are no longer available.
